Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Avo Bags Private Limited (“Avo Bags”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged after use

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and confirm your request within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available for selected locations across India
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the product to our address
  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after verification
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process

International Orders

  • Returns for international orders may not be supported
  • Refunds/replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Fraud Prevention

Avo Bags reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Refuse refunds in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity

Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
